Julie Newton

Julie Newton was admitted to the Florida Bar after graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law. In law school, Julie obtained a Public Interest Certificate, focusing on family and immigration law.

During law school, she served as a student mediator for family court, assisting in high conflict child custody, visitation, and divorce cases, and later joined one of the law clinics where she assisted in representing victims of domestic violence cases through divorce and child custody/visitation cases.

Prior to joining Klein Fertility Law, Julie worked as a family law attorney supporting clients in all areas of family and parentage law, as well as advocating for clients in criminal and civil injunction matters related to their family litigation proceedings. In addition to her work as a family law litigator, Julie has handled several appellate cases, both of family law judgements and criminal convictions.

Today, Julie combines her strong background in parentage law with her experience helping clients navigate the different pathways to parenthood and family, in order to support, guide, and advocate for clients in all aspects of third-party assisted reproduction.
