Meagan Cloete

Meagan Cloete, a Legal Assistant to Attorney Brian Klein, is well versed in all aspects of the contracts process, but she mainly case manages Surrogacy Agreements and Sperm Donation Agreements at Klein Fertility Law. She has been on staff since January of 2019 and has a passion for helping clients fulfill their dreams of building a family. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and moved to the San Diego area in December of 2018. Prior to joining Klein Fertility Law, Meagan was a licensed insurance agent in North Carolina and also had experience working in a corporate environment.

Sophia Chang

Sophia Chang is a Case Manager and Asian Market Liaison with Klein Fertility Law since December 2018. She case manages surrogacy agreements and communicates with numerous Chinese clients and agencies through emails, phones and WeChat. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with an MBA and also a master’s degree in marketing. Her previous work has taken her to various marketing positions, and she was the marketing director in the largest international cosmetics company in Taiwan. She loves to travel with her family and friends. As a mother of two, she knows that children are a blessing and she loves to share the joy with intended parents when their dreams are fulfilled through surrogacy.

Alice Yin

Alice Yin Joined Klein Fertility Law in 2018, where she now manages surrogacy cases and provides assistance in parental establishment cases for many of F&K’s clients, both domestic and international. Alice received her Bachelor's degree from Zhejiang University and has two Master degrees majoring in English and American Literature, one from King's College London, and another from Indiana University. She has had years of teaching experiences in college, as well as translating /interpreting experiences in EB5 industry. Working at F&K, which is based in San Diego, makes her feel right at home. With her sufficient working experience in the field of surrogacy, as well as her proficiency in both Chinese and English, She takes pride in helping Intended Parents, including those from her motherland.

Maggie Li

Maggie Li joined Klein Fertility Law as a Case Manager from September 2019. She is originally from Harbin, China. She started her Master’s Degree in English Education at St. John’s University (New York) in 2012. After graduating, she moved to San Diego with her husband. Maggie just became a new mom in March 2020. Now she’s even more passionate about helping other families to achieve their dreams of having a baby.

Marisa Iannitto

Marisa Iannitto has been a Paralegal and Egg/Sperm Donation Case Manager with Klein Fertility Law since July 2022. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of intended parents as they strive to grow their family through the help of our firm. As a proud east-coaster by birth, she grew up in a small town just north of Boston. She graduated magna cum laude from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish and minored in Anthropology. She received her Paralegal Certification from Boston University in 2020, and shortly after moved to San Diego to begin working as a legal assistant at a business immigration law firm. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with immigration law firms in the area to assist with English/Spanish translations. Marisa also aspires to travel as much of the world as possible and has lived for extended periods of time in both Costa Rica and Spain.

Geena Olague

Geena Olague is a dedicated and dynamic individual who brings more than five years legal experience to Falletta and Klein. With an extensive knowledge in document preparation and case management, she assists in the firm’s surrogacy law practices and notarial services. Geena earned her Paralegal Certificate in 2019 followed by her Advanced Paralegal Certificate in 2020 with coursework focused on estate planning, business, and transaction law. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with an emphasis in prelaw from California State University, Bakersfield. In her downtime, she enjoys golfing, writing children’s books, playing the oboe, and spending time with her son, Liam.
