Alex Monk
Alex Monk joined Klein Fertility Law in 2023. He supports clients in all aspects of third party assisted reproduction. Alex brings a national scope to the firm, along with years of experience in legal, legislative, and community-based fertility advocacy.
Prior to joining Klein Fertility Law, Alex owned his own practice, representing clients in juvenile civil rights litigation and advocating for clients in domestic and international assisted reproduction.
Alex is on the Juvenile Legislative Policy Committee of the Colorado Bar Association and was recognized as Colorado’s Juvenile Law Rising Star by the Office of the Child’s Representative. Alex is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Texas.
